What to Expect

Soluna Wellness is an individualized mental health enrichment adult day program licensed through the state of California to primarily address mental health. Our team of clinicians, musicians, artists, and body/mind healers offer holistic healing and wellness for the whole human experience through individual counseling, group counseling, social skill development, art therapy, music therapy, massage therapy, and fitness & nutrition. Consider Soluna Wellness the bridge between in-patient care and once-a-week therapy.

Individual Counseling
  • Individual therapy is a form of therapy in which the client is treated on a one-on-one basis with a clinician. The most popular form of therapy, individual therapy may encompass many different treatment styles including psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
  • Group therapy is a great source of support as it allows people to realize they are not alone. Listening to others’ personal experience can put your thoughts into perspective.
GROUP THERAPY
Art & Creative writing
  • Art, wrtitng, and music all appeal to a person’s senses and may be used as therapy in various situations. Each of these modalities helps a person express themselves and can help improve their mental health. We offer a wide range of art and writing therapy to help people heal, ranging from hip-hop to spoken word and sound healing.
  • Maintaining a healthy mind goes hand-in-hand with maintaining a healthy body. At Soluna Wellness, we love to share our best practices for loving our bodies so we can best love ourselves. Our holistic nutritionist, yoga instructors will guide you in becoming your best.
